Find answers to some of the more commonly asked questions by those who visit our craft cafe.

How much is it?

Prices start from £14 up to £40. Our most popular items range from £14 to £25 each.

What age is it for?

Any age! Print capturing appointments start form newborn upwards and pottery painting is suitable for anyone who is interested and able to sit and hold a paintbrush.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes we do, E-gift cards can be bought from the Homepage of our website.

Are you dog friendly?

Yes, we welcome well behaved dogs during quiet times (weekdays, during term time are best).

Do you have a price list?

Our stock changes on a regular  and seasonal basis, therefore, we don’t have a set price list. However, prices start from £14 rising to £40 for large items. Our most popular items are between £14 to £25 each.

What are your opening times?

We are open Tuesday to Sunday;  10-4pm on weekdays, 10-5.30 on Saturdays and 10-4pm on Sundays.

Where do I park?

Parking can be found on neighbouring streets subject to permit restrictions. You can park on Ivy Road for 2 hours and Salters Road is permit free. There is also a pay and display car park at the bottom of Salters Road a short walk from the studio.

How do I know when my pottery is ready?

You will be advised when you pay what date your items will be ready to collect. Please remember this date or add it to your calendar as a reminder. Simply come along with a bag to collect!

How long do you keep my finished pottery for?

We will keep your items for 4 weeks. Due to having limited storage in our studio we can’t keep finished items for an unlimited timeframe.

Do you offer Blue Light discount?

Yes we do, please bring your NHS ID or show the Blue Light app on your phone when you pay to receive the discount.

Do you sell refreshments?

You’re welcome to bring your own refreshments or pop to The Gosforth Traders next door to us for a takeaway.
